Yesterday I managed to wake up at 5:30am to work out…FINALLY!!! I have to be at work between 630-730am so waking up super early has always been hard for me. I did a mile in 12:41 on the treadmill and did 1.5 miles overall.
My dad’s birthday is this week and he has been traveling a lot, so we went to PF Changs yesterday since he was in town. I had the buddha’s feast, which is a bunch of veggies and tofu. It’s basically the lowest calorie item on the menu. Chris’ birthday is later this week so I’m saving my cheat calories for that! Birthday YUM! After dinner I went straight to bed as I had the worst headache. My back has been super tight lately and strains the muscles in my neck and head. I need to work on stretches more I guess.
Created a new HIIT for the week! I’ll be doing this one tonight and giving my review tomorrow. Hopefully it’s a good one. HIITs and I have a very love hate relationship. They love me…and I hate them. HA. Why is it that HIITs always make you want to faint and puke at the same time??? But seriously, they are super good for you so I suppose I’ll be continuing to do them.
